In a month or less I deal with more store cakes than any other job I have had dealt with in a year<BR/><BR/><BR/>and we dont charge a plateage fee so I have to scrounge up a set of plates (we use our bread plate which are always in short supply in the dinner rush), a knife to cut it with, and a fork for all<BR/><BR/>and since there is no charge for this I get NADA for this extra hassle plus it ad 30-60 min to the tables turn time<BR/><BR/>my idiot owner cant seem to fathom how much in lost sales he forgoes in dessertAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
